Gastrointestinal Associates and Endoscopy Center of Northeast Tennessee, P.C. is seeking an experienced practice manager. This person provides leadership and administrative support to ensure accomplishment of practice objectives and goals. Responsible for supervising and overseeing business office, clinical and ambulatory surgery center staff. Responsible for management of daily operations, accounts payable and payroll, insurance and vendor contracts, awareness and oversight of annual operating budget, recruiting, hiring and disciplining, as well as ensuring that all employees have an understanding of the Employee Manual and rules that govern the practice and ambulatory surgery center.
Successful candidates must have previous experience managing a medical practice and be a team player, have excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities, and is comfortable in a leadership position. This person will report to Board of Directors.
