Speaker Bio: Beth Lentchner is the Director of Leadership Programs and Education at the Tennessee Medical Association. As the leader of the Education department, she has effectively managed all aspects of the John Ingram Institute for Physician Leadership, ensuring its success and wide reach to physicians across the state. Lentchner has also spearheaded various leadership training initiatives, secured grant funding for education programs, identified and overseen digital education strategies, and served as an executive staff member of the Tennessee Medical Education Fund (TMEF), a 501c3 organization and medical student scholarship fund.
Before joining TMA in 2015, Lentchner acted as the Associate Director of Children and Family Ministry at Brentwood United Methodist Church and Executive Director of the Mental Health America of Middle Tennessee, where she excelled at directing programs, balancing budgets, and developing lasting partnerships.
